Pegalle - Pinotage

Tasting Notes:

A deep purple Pinotage with a typical plumy and black berry nose.

The intensity of the fruit is carried on to the palate where it fills one’s mouth with juicy tannins and ripe, dark, fruit with hints of vanilla.

The aftertaste is long, fruity and very elegant.

Alc:13.5%, TA: 4.80, pH: 3.68, RS: 1.76

Sommeliers drinking guideline:

This wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius.

Food Suggestion:

This is not a heavily wooded Pinotage.

If this wine is chilled to around 10 degrees it goes well with mild curries and Indian dishes.

This wine is also a fantastic companion to Asian food with complex flavours.
